How does your warranty work?
Yak Pak warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used for its intended purpose.
If you have a defective bag, please contact Customer Service at yakpak@angbrands.com.
If the bag you own is no longer in stock, YAK PAK reserves the right to make a substitution for a product of approximate equal value or similar design.
What is not covered?
The warranty does not apply to damages and normal fading caused by regular wear and tear over time, accidents, alterations, airline abuse or negligence.
How can I return an item that I just purchased from www.yakpak.com?
Yak Pak's 10 day return policy on all products purchased through our website allows you to send back your purchase for a refund. The refund applies to the cost of the product, shipping charges are not included.

How do I clean my bag?
The best way to clean your bag is with a damp rag.
I can't find the bag I saw at a store. Where can I find it?
Sometimes retailers will order from Yak Pak custom made prints and colors that can only be purchased through them directly. Our suggestion is if you see a Yak Pak you like at a store or online - buy it, you may not see that style/color combination again.
