YAK PAK bags are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
If you have a defective bag that you wish to return or have repaired, please send it to the following address and allow 30 days to receive a replacement. If the bag you returned is no longer in stock, YAK PAK reserves the right to make a substitution for a product of approximate equal value or similar design. Please remember to include your name, address and phone number with the return - we cannot process returns without this information.
