Yes, you can order directly from Yak Pak. Our website has a retail section where you can find our available products and their prices. Currently shipping is only available to the U.S. and Canada.

We are constantly adding new styles and colors. As a result it is almost impossible to keep printed catalogs up to date. All of our available products are listed on our web site.
Yak Pak bags are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If you have a defective bag that you wish to return, please contact our Customer Service Dept. at (866)-254-4639, or you can e-mail us at custservice@yakpak.com. If the bag you own is no longer in stock, YAK PAK reserves the right to make a substitution for a product of approximate equal value or similar design.
You need to register your bag through www.yakpak.com, you’re just required to create a username and password and add the product to your warranties page.

If your bag is made out of Polyester, Nylon, Cordura or other man-made material - it is safe to put it in the washing machine and dry in a cool dryer. Bags made from Denim, Cotton or Corduroy should be cleaned with a damp rag. If you insist on putting bags made from natural fabrics in the washing machine, please be sure to use cold water, wash separately from other items and let the bag air dry naturally (i.e. don't put it in the dryer). This should minimize shrinkage.
Sometimes stores will order custom made prints and colors or we will only produce a certain number of bags in a particular print or style. Our suggestion is if you see a Yak Pak you like - buy it, you may not see that style/color combination again.

Mailing Lists/Junk Mail - We hate junk mail as much as you do (maybe more). We will not use your name to mail or e-mail you anything not directly related to your order unless you specifically request us to do so. We do not sell or rent our mailing lists to anyone. We may eventually offer an opt-in mailing list that our customers may choose to join. Cookies - This site uses cookies. This is to facilitate programing your shopping basket and order tracking (coming soon). We don't waste our time trying to use cookies for anything else.
We may eventually try to program it to say hello to people who have bought things from us before, but don't hold your breath. We do collect and analyze cookie data to track navigational usage of our site on an aggregage basis. This data is anounymous and is used for statistical analysis (i.e how many visitors per hour/day/week, how long they stay, what pages are most popular, what products are viewed the most, which features are used most). This data is used for improving our site and providing a better shopping environment. Sometimes it is also used to hunt bugs in our programming. Customer Data - We do not track any individually identifable data concerning our vistors until an order is placed. At that time we collect only enough additional data (name, address, phone, etc.) to enable us to fullfill the order and provide follow up customer service.
We do not share our customer data with anyone. We will not give out any information concerning your individual order(s) beyond the minimum required to process the order(s) to any outside parties. The exception to the above is that we will cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies with whatever information we have available whenever so requested.
